Tuesday, August 27, 2024

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently going to the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render companies to your community.

SASSA will probably be rendering expert services for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, plus the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a press release, the agency mentioned it is actually alarmed with regard to the higher amount of people depending on social grants for survival.
“The goal with the Integrated Registration Outreach sassa status Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to some substantial amount of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be mainly because of the lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there is no absolutely functional office dedicated to service the area on a daily basis. The services place designed for intervention activities a large influx of possible beneficiaries, which makes it tough for your office to attend to all people who visit a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise more means to empower the servicing of all buyers and boost access to Social Assistance services,” the agency said.
